Panganiban Piglets Project

AGREEMENT

Between

Mr/Ms ________________________( Piglets Recipient )

and

Mr/Ms ____________________________( Project Coordinator – Volunteer )

The parties: Mr/Ms _____________________hereby referred to as, Piglets Recipient and

Mr/Ms ______________________hereby referred to as, Project Coordinator – Volunteer agree on the following:

1)     The Piglets Recipient will raise the piglets, at his/her own expense, using proper feeds, pigpen, sanitation, medicines, and needed artificial or natural insemination, until it gives birth.

2) In order to help in the charity program of the Project Coordinator - Volunteer, the Piglets Recipient shall pay back or return three (3) female piglets to the Project Coordinator - Volunteer, during the first breeding of at least 6 or more piglets, after having been weaned out in 5 weeks, so that the Project Coordinator - Volunteer can further give 2 piglets to other recipient - families chosen by the Donors, and 1 female or male piglet retention for their own expenses & charity programs. The Piglets Recipient shall pay back the said 3 piglets depending on the number of offspring and number of breeding, as follows: (a) If offspring are only 5, only 2 shall be paid back on first breeding, and 1 on second breeding, (b) If offspring are only 4, only 1 in first, and 2 on second breeding, and (c) If offspring are only 3 or below, none in first, but 3 on second breeding. The Piglets Recipient understand that this is to make it easy for him/her to comply with the conditions of the paybacks. The Piglets Recipient will thereafter own the original pigs, leftover piglets and future breeds, and do as he/she please, for his/her own livelihood.

3) In case of death of the pig, at any time during rearing, due to sickness or accident, beyond the control of the Piglets Recipient, he/she shall have no obligation whatsoever and that this contract becomes null and void, provided the Piglets Recipient can show the dead pigs, otherwise, the Piglets Recipient shall pay back the original cost of the piglets.

4) In case of theft, with proper police report, the Piglets Recipient shall have no obligation whatsoever, thus, making this

agreement null and void.

5) In case, the pig is incapable of breeding, the Piglets Recipient shall refund the cost of the piglet within one year.

6) The Project Coordinator – Volunteer shall have the right to visit or have an ocular inspection of the pigpen and premises of the Piglets Recipient dwelling place in his/her presence. The Piglets Recipient shall comply with all the laws and regulations of the Government in connection with the raising of pigs.

IN WITNESS, HEREOF, WE HEREBY AFFIX OUR SIGNATURES AND DECLARE THIS AGREEMENT BINDING.
