Panganiban Piglets Project

The members are the main organizers of this project. A Volunteer-Coordinator is the one in direct contact with the recipients. Funds are deposited in an account under the name of the Volunteer-Coordinator who reports financial status to the members, regularly. Since this project is continuous, the fund is consumed to buy new piglets for dispersal within a short period of time.

Operational expenses is minimal. Transport of the piglets and some incidental expenses should be from the funds. All expenses, anyway, will be reported to the members or project leader.

The role of the Project Leader is simply to monitor the project and execute it according to the objective of this initiative. Additionally, he will maintain regular communication with all members and to Pusong Camarines Norte. Maintenance of this website is part of his role. He also helps in the solicitation effort and monitoring of deposits made to the account through the Volunteer-Coordinator.
